ORDERING
You can easily place and order in our webshop, but you can also do it by phone, e-mail or post.

In most cases you’ll receive your order in 3-5 days.

Sometimes quicker, if we have stock of the product(s) you ordered and sometimes it takes a little longer for special ordered .

All orders are activated upon receiving of payment.

Of course you can contact us first by e-mail or Phone to inquire the delivery time.

We reserve the right to cancel any order and return your payment if we see fit to do so.

This can be in case of technical errors on the website like: completely wrong prices, wrong quantities (shipping half a DVD player is not really possible).

If we cannot acknowledge your order for other reasons we’ll notify you by e-mail and also return the payment without furhter explanaition. 

 

BRINGING IN COPYING/TRANSFER ORDERS:
To make use of our videoservices (copying, 8mm transfer, making DVD’s, etc.) you can bring your original material to our store (by appointment) or sent it in by mail.
NOTE: Always sent by INSURED or REGISTERED mail and don’t forget to put in your return adress and what you need us to do with the material (amount of copies, system or format).

 

PAYMENT:
In the store you can pay, if your order wasn’t prepaid already, by means of:
Cash/PIN/Credit Card.
We accept creditcards at a surcharge of 4% from the following brands:
DINER'S CLUB, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and VISA
VISA creditcards can be accepted WITHOUT surcharge if they’ve been distributed by International Card Services in Diemen !

We DON’T accept Creditcards in our webshop due to the high international risk of fraude and the lack of protection against this from the creditcard companies.
For your convenience we did add the iDEAL paymentsystem to the webshop for secure and easy payment.

 

Delivery:
Packages are sent by TNT Post INSURED or REGISTERED (depending on the value of your order).
Shippincosts within the Netherlands are € 10,00 per shipment.
Outside the Netherlands it’s € 25,00 per shipment with normal post.
Courier services like DHL or FedEx are available on request.

 

CHECK YOUR SHIPMENT
As soon as your shipment arrives please check the outside of the box, prior to accepting it. If it looks very damaged don’t accept it. If you do accept a shipment and there are problems with the content of the package due to mistreatment by the post service then go to your local postoffice and fill out a complaint form. This is the only way to start a postal insuranceprocedure. Please also notify us so we can take proper steps from our side.

 

RETURNING EQUIPMENT
Equipment can only be returned to us if it is faulty. Returns should be made within a week after purchase for which the date on the cashregister receipt or invoice apply.  

Returns can only be accepted when the following conditions are met:
1) You’ve contacted us by Phone and your problem could not be solved.
2) You sent the equipment back in the original state, original box, with all original accesories, unless we’ve asked you otherwise.

3) You pay for the postage to us yourself, we’ll sent you the repaired/replaced product without further costs.

Packages without postage paid are ALWAYS declined.

 

RE-STOCKING FEE
If the returned goods are not in mint condition, or missing original packaging, accesories, manuals, etc. and therefore can’t be sold as new, a restocking fee of 15 to 25% is applicable.

Also if you persist on returning equipment that was specially ordered/adapted for you a restocking fee is applicable.
